About the role

In this role, you'll be joining the Operations team.
As a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by handling issues such as order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

The purpose of this role is to deliver operational excellence and quality performance within your assigned role.
As an Area Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of production, quality, safety, and developmental needs for your direct reports.
We design and manufacture modern formal wear with an incredible fit by sourcing natural fabrics like merino wool, breathable linen and cotton, plush velvet, and luxurious silk from the finest textile mills.
The Operations team manages the entire order fulfillment process, from inventory management to shipping and logistics.
