Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of semiconductor facility construction experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Gas & Oil.
- Experience working in active fabs or cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of SEMI standards, high-purity piping practices, and chemical safety
- Proven experience with high-purity piping systems, cleanroom environments, Base Build systems and tool installation workflows.
- Must have knowledge of the applicable codes and standards for industrial construction, with a preference for semiconductor industrial experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the following tools: Microsoft Office software.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor fab project experience.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
- Experience with BIM coordination and modular construction.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering, or related field preferred.

- This role bridges project management and field leadership, ensuring systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with semiconductor industry standards and client specifications.
- The position typically oversees bulk and specialty chemical systems, working closely with owners, tool vendors, safety teams, general contractors and AHJ's in a live or high-purity manufacturing environment.
