Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate provision, documentation, billing of clinical services and customer relations.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.
- Collaborate with teams that value your expertise and dedication.
- Create your own career path: clinically, management, etc.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
- Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.

- Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice
- Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
