Responsibilities

  • Manufacture complex gun components utilizing 2x Lathes with live tooling and special process equipment Ensure the process operates in accordance with defined standards Follow set production schedule, and report any problems to the Team Lead In-process inspection utilizing Mics, Calipers, Indicators, Mahr systems, Air Gauges Maintain quality system by following ISO standard practices Tool Change/ Tool setting in accordance to set procedures Tool wear offsets to ensure the highest quality of parts Deburring parts as needed, provide feedback when applicable

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older This position requires use of information or access to hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.

Nice to have

  • potential need to move between buildings.
  • Must have physical ability to walk between buildings as necessary.
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to typical machinery and equipment.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Standing for extended periods and moving around the production floor frequently.

  • Assist with improvement -related projects, questions, and solving problems as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
