Responsibilities
- Manage incoming borrower inquires and requests while providing excellent customer service both verbal and written.
- Prepare and maintain manual interest calculations and create amortization schedules on more complex loan structures.
- Read and interpret servicing agreements, loan documents and any other governing documents to ensure accurate new loan boarding and monitoring throughout the life of the loan.
- Maintain relationship with other departments (such as Accounting, Asset management, Special servicing, other servicing teams, etc.) and other PGIM offices.
- Ability to perform in a strong customer-oriented team environment utilizing strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, professionalism and teamwork.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Commercial Loan Mortgage Servicing experience
- Must have a detailed understanding of commercial mortgage loan documents, and servicing agreements, loan terms, complex loan structures, servicing functions, and process flows.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to create spreadsheets, proficient in working with formulas and various calculations.
- Having Commercial Servicing experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to assist other members.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
