- Ability to create and edit recipes, perform machine calibrations and first line troubleshooting on equipment failures
- Initiate, perform, and implement corrective action towards resolving process and equipment problems

Requirements
- Ability to feedback observations to peers clearly and efficiently
- Ability to execute numerous tasks simultaneously in a high-paced production environment
- Ability to write documentation and specifications
- Strong computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets
- Ability to follow and improve manufacturing processes
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to routine problems
- Ability to determine whether an issue is a process problem, a product problem, or a tool problem
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals and technical procedures
Compensation
- We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
- It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
- The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $19-27/hr.* *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
