About the role

Redhorse is transforming how the Department of War (DoW) utilizes data and technology.
This customer facilitates rapid modernization of the force by supporting and encouraging multicomponent assessments and experimentation through a campaign of learning and collecting a body of evidence.

Lead the technical design and project management of cyber engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with DoW modernization objectives.
Manage complex project timelines and resource allocation for cyber test and evaluation (T&E) portfolios.
Lead the analysis, assessment, and demonstration of innovative cyber capabilities.
Design and execute rigorous testing for offensive and defensive cyber technologies.
Support the research and integration of emerging technologies into the force's cyber architecture.
Validate that technical capabilities meet mission-critical performance standards.
Maintain high standards for technical documentation and experimental evidence collection.

15+ years of technical expertise in cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation.
10+ years of experience in project management for technical or engineering teams.
10+ years of experience supporting the analysis, assessment, and testing of cyber capabilities.
10+ years of experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance and effectiveness.
Required Experience/Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related science/engineering field.
Experience with cloud-native cyber tools and containerized testing environments.

The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-tempo, "campaign of learning" environments.
