- As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports and engages more than 81 million fans.
- Job Title: B2B Fulfillment Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations across all workstreams: Small Parcel, LTL, International, Inbound, and FTL.
- Prepare and validate load sheets for next-day shipments to ensure readiness and accuracy.
- Partner with logistics teams to maintain balanced workflows and prevent backlogs.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to maintain operational integrity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of shipping modes (Small Parcel, LTL, FTL, International) and inbound logistics.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
- 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
