- The City of Brooks requires one (1) Public Works Maintenance Level I, II, or III, in the Public Works Department.
Responsibilities
- This position performs a variety of duties associated with the maintenance of the City's infrastructure.
Requirements
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate equipment including single axle gravel trucks
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience in Public Works or related field;
- Knowledge of airport maintenance.
- This position may include shift work in the evenings, weekends, standby rotations, and overtime as required.
- A clean criminal records check and a commercial driver's abstract will be required before an offer of employment is presented to the successful candidate.

Compensation
- The City of Brooks offers a competitive salary and benefits package with this position falling within the scope of the Collective Agreement between the City of Brooks and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1032.
- The 2026 salary range for this position is $26.50 to $34.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
