Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in engineering roles within the energy storage, battery, or microgrid industry.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and certification processes related to battery storage and microgrid systems.
  • Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge of battery technologies, including lithium-ion and emerging chemistries.
  • Apply deep knowledge of energy storage systems, battery technology, power electronics, and microgrid architecture to solve complex engineering challenges.

  • Primarily office-based with visits to manufacturing sites, research centers, and project locations as needed.
