About the role
- Legal Operations is the backbone of the Legal team and is key to fulfilling Palantir's mission.

- As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Palantir's in-house Legal team works to proactively address legal issues and enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world.
- You will also work closely with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics.
- You will partner your colleagues across Legal to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business.

Compensation
- Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
