- The Director serves as the principal architect of the campaign roadmap, overseeing the development of gift range charts, case statements, and the activation of the Founding Board of Directors.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced degree in Arts Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising within or consulting to high-profile cultural or arts organizations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Campaigns.
- Demonstrates success in personally soliciting and closing capital and leadership gifts of $1,000,000 and higher.
- Proven record of success working directly with a Board of Directors and high-level campaign steering committees.
Compensation
- $182,524.16 - $228,155.20 annually
