About the role

This include providing safe, effective, efficient and responsive services to all areas of the business, covering facility and production.
Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $28.66 - 42.98 USD Hourly with 0.75/hour Shift Differential Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.

Maintenance of building's facilities operations and provide technical input on gaps/improvement.
Carry out preventive maintenance for various mechanical & electrical equipment (s), but not limited to: Electrical Systems, Fire Protection and Detection Systems, HVAC Systems, Building Management System, Environment Monitoring System, Compressed Air Systems, Plumbing & Sanitary system, Security system and FM soft services.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and document preventive and reactive work.
Carry out troubleshooting/repair to electrical and mechanical system, general building works as well as handyman tasks.
Conduct timely inspections of all facility & building equipment(s) and ensure it's proper functionality.
Prompt response to emergency calls in respect to facilities breakdown, that include after office hours presence to support operation and maintenance activities. 24/7 standby.
Perform any other duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or training in a specialty trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls)
Proven technical experience including planning, supervising service providers/ contractors and achieving set target.
Strong technical expertise and problem solving ability, in terms of facility Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Working knowledge of GMP requirements and ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001
