About the role

  • The role of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with the customers, understand their issues, take down their requests and orders, and provide them direction on resources available to them.
  • Be able to understand and clearly explain to doctors over the phone and through email Versah's products and how to use them with different implant systems and in clinical procedures.
  • This position is located in Jackson, Michigan.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer service-related field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations.
  • Ability to work standard departmental hours of 40 hrs/per week, in addition to holidays and overtime as needed.

  • Bilingual preferred

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as well as proficient in MS Word and Excel.

  • The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
  • For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan
  • $21.60 - $26.40 per hour
