You're effectively second-in-command; you are deeply embedded in the business, with the acumen and thought leadership to set the strategy and the operational muscle to run the team's cadences and execute it.
You're AI-fluent and are energized to help redefine the StratOps role in the age of AI - automating workflows and unlocking higher-value work.

You want to own a business end-to-end and operate on the leader's behalf, not support from the sidelines.
You want your hands in the data and to build, not just direct it - advanced Excel/Sheets + SQL and modern tools (Databricks, Genie, Lakeview, custom agents), and you pick up new ones fast.
You document and teach what you build.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 1 Pay Range
$162,900 - $223,950 USD
