About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Collaborate with care team members to efficiently manage tasks such as referrals, prior authorization, phone calls, results notification, and medication refills.
- Collect and perform specified laboratory testing
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (AA) Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
- Registered Nurse Iowa Board of Nursing (IBON) (United States of America) Upon Hire Required
- Child Abuse Iowa Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services within 180 Days Required
- Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter - Iowa Department of Human Services within 180 Days Required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support & First Aid - American Heart Association within 60 Days Required
- Communication - The ability to listen, understand, and communicate written and verbal information with others.
- Accountability: Ensures that the work force has the necessary skills to accomplish the work required to achieve the objectives of the department.
- Initiative and Strong Work Ethic - Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
- Iowa Department of Human Services within 180 Days Required
- American Heart Association within 60 Days Required
- 1-3 years Health care experience Preferred
