Responsibilities
- Lead receiving, intake, vault, fulfillment, transfers, recalls, quarantine and destruction.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of.
- Lead and coach Inventory Specialists through regular feedback and performance management.
- Partner with Retail, Compliance, Purchasing, Security, Finance, IT, Marketing and vendors.
- Support RFID initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Develop SOPs and ensure audit readiness.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3-5 years inventory, supply chain, logistics or retail operations experience.
- 2+ years leadership experience.
Nice to have
- Cannabis leadership experience.
- Power BI, RFID, Lean or Six Sigma experience.
