About the role
- Stay current with innovations in game analytics, AI/ML, and data science practices; proactively identify opportunities for innovation using generative AI and behavioral modeling.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
Responsibilities
- Partner with developers to ensure clean, reliable telemetry and event tracking
- Build business cases and deep-dive analyses to guide features, live ops, and product decisions
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, including interpretation and recommendations
- Build automated dashboards and reporting (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) used by product stakeholders
- Champion metric design, ensuring analytical soundness and relevance to business goals.
- You'll use advanced analytics, A/B testing, and AI/ML techniques to drive meaningful improvements in KPIs and player experience across our mobile and social games.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
Nice to have
- Experience in free-to-play games or live operations environments
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools for analyzing player behavior or feedback

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Query and analyze large-scale datasets from internal databases; help others navigate data structures
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
