Responsibilities

- As an IT Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations that support the strategic and day-to-day management of the IT portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams, you'll help drive financial transparency and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage IT Finance Operations including budgeting/forecasting, long-range capital planning, variance analysis, invoice processing, accruals, and reporting.
- Through mentoring, innovative tools, and a variety of programs that engage and reward, we empower each employee to be great and drive results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in IT Finance or financial management within a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting/forecasting processes and long-range capital planning.
- Experience with financial operations systems and tools (e.g. IBM Apptio).
Skills
- Advanced analytical skills, problem-identification, and resolution skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Compensation
- 129,100 - 157,900 Any pay range is in $CAD.
- The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
