About the role
- This includes operating and monitoring finishing equipment for both coil and cut-to-length steel.
Requirements
- Full on-the-job training is provided for the Stelmor cooling conveyor, bar line conveyor, coil trimming, straight bar shear saw, stacking table, and all required packaging processes.
Nice to have
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Safety awareness or related training.
- Major Accountabilities
- Operate the Stelmor and bar line conveyors.
- Trim coil front and back end rings to quality specifications.
- Operate coil compactor and coil handling equipment.
- Operate the shear saw and stacking table.
