About the role
- Monitor and measure change progress, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness; adjust plans as needed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices, risks, and opportunities.
- Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably within large-scale IT or business transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for IT transformation projects.
- Design and deliver communication plans that effectively inform, engage, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Partner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to assess change impacts and readiness, and to develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build change capability and drive adoption.
- Create and manage feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in change and communication approaches.
- Develop and maintain change management and communication toolkits, templates, and resources.
- Support the development of a change network or champions across the organization.
- Other duties as assigned to support transformation objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in change management and communications roles.
- Experience supporting IT transformation or digital initiatives.
- ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess change impacts and measure outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Experience in a global or multi-site organization.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or related discipline.
- Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required to support project and stakeholder engagement needs.
- Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

Compensation
- In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- The hiring range for this position is $ 118,400 - $174,000 annually.
