You're a decisive, people-first leader with proven retail or multi-unit management experience.
5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience
We do not require previous professional experience in the cannabis industry but would prefer the applicant be a consumer of the product.
Minimum 21 years of age
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 200 pounds with assistance), with or without reasonable accommodation
Must commit to coming to work sober.
Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Benefits and Compensation:

Pay range between $70,000-$80,000
Holiday Pay for anyone working New Years Day, 4/20, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
