Responsibilities
- Configures, troubleshoots, maintains, and provides feedback regarding the core financial systems, associated subsystems, and various 3rd party applications.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements products and systems upgrades as needed.
- Plans, coordinates, implements, and assists in final testing of new Credit Union products, projects, and major system releases.
- Analyzes, creates, and maintains production schedules through automation scheduling system.
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and database records.
- Performs routine system audits and system performance tuning.
- Develops new scripts/automation, creates test transactions, and validates the results.
- Documents changes and follows change control management procedures.
Requirements
- Studies existing systems and/or applications to evaluate effectiveness and develops new procedures to improve production or workflow as required.
Compensation
- Assists with annual disaster recovery testing and analyzes the final results.
