About the role
- The Employment Services Representative assists unemployed participants in the areas of employment preparation, resume writing, interviewing skills, job search and placement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an updated roster of student (participant) placements.
- Actively collaborate with area employers to create job opportunities for participants.
- Assist students (participants) in assembling the necessary documents to legally work within California and completing their initial résumé.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years of experience as a job developer or similar position.
