- This opportunity entails being responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provides basic level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making.
- Supports more experienced Financial Analysts in routine and/or basic tasks in maintaining or developing business applications with Excel and/or HNTB Enterprise Reporting Solutions.
- Develops graphs, charts, and presentations to clearly show data trends and projections.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Developing a foundational understanding of HNTB software applications and enterprise reporting platforms
- Developing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Supports more experienced Accountants in routine and/or basic tasks in maintaining or developing business applications with Excel and/or data reporting
- Updates or develops process documentation. Able to evaluate processes and recommend enhancements or efficiencies.
- Developing a foundational understanding of NCTA software applications, banking applications and SAP General Ledger
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree, or
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree and 2 years finance experience.
- Required to learn new systems including SAP General Ledger, Integrity (NCTA tolling operating system), and various online banking applications.
Compensation
- Supports monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial planning activities.
- Supports monthly and annual ad hoc audit and financial planning activities.
