About the role
- ALTA currently operates on SAP ECC and is preparing for a transition to SAP S/4HANA within the next year.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT partner for Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.
- Elicit and document business requirements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Partner with architects and technical leads to define integration and data flows across CRM, ERP, and downstream systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com and SAP SD in ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience with pricing and global trade processes.
- Experience working with MSPs, offshore teams, and global stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements & business processes into technical deliverables and influence without authority
- Participation in multiple end-to-end SAP and/or Salesforce projects.
