Company info

  • At Anterior, we work in small, cross-functional teams - engineering, clinical, product, and customer-facing - to solve real problems for large enterprise customers.
  • This role sits at the intersection of those teams, owning how we translate customer needs into technical solutions and get them into production.
  • You believe Less is More.
  • You've run programs at companies where execution actually mattered - where slipping a deadline meant real consequences, not just a status update.
  • You've seen what good execution looks like at scale, and you've seen what happens when programs are run poorly.
  • You care about the fundamentals: clear scope, real dependencies, honest timelines.
  • You can read a system design doc, understand a deployment pipeline, and ask the right questions in a postmortem.
  • You don't need to write production code, but you need to understand the systems well enough to know where the real risks are.
  • You may be coming from a TPM, solutions architect, or technical deployment role at a scale-up, big tech, or a high-growth startup.
  • What matters is that you've owned complex technical programs end-to-end - scoping solutions for enterprise customers, coordinating across teams, and shipping.
