About the role

As a Packaging Technical Operator, you will be a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for operating, setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
You will take ownership of your assigned work area, helping us meet production goals while following GMPs, SOPs, and established work standards.
Safely operate and monitor packaging equipment to meet safety, quality, and production targets

Perform equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and troubleshooting to support efficient operations
Maintain material availability and support efficient inventory and waste management practices

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or a related field required
Prior manufacturing or packaging experience, including equipment setup and changeovers, or demonstrated experience troubleshooting multiple mechanical systems
Ability to regularly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to a bump cap, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and N95 or PAPR (provided)
Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to create and follow detailed documentation.
Must have ability to follow written instructions, standard operation procedures and verbal directions accurately.
Collaborate with team members, support training efforts, and develop proficiency across multiple work centers

Prior experience in a regulated environment (GMP, Pharmaceutical, food or similar) is a plus.
Experience with a lean organization or other prior exposure to lean concepts, tools, and techniques
Knowledge of SAP, Proficient, and Informance
Able to function productively with minimal supervision.
Shift - This is a 2nd Shift position.
The hours are 2:30-11pm Mon-Fri.
