About the role
- The role will help improve the overall efficiency of the Legal team by supporting contract review, intake, playbooks, templates, and other legal operations projects.
- This role reports to LiveRamp's Assistant General Counsel.

Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts, technology transactions, privacy, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, or similar areas.
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with at least one US state bar, or eligibility to register as in-house counsel where required.
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain legal and business concepts in a clear, concise, and practical way.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, privacy, marketing, customer success, and business development teams.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment, competing priorities, and a high volume of contract-related requests.
Nice to have
- Prior internship, fellowship, law firm, or in-house experience involving commercial contracts, privacy, technology, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, or similar subject matter.
