About the role

  • We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to join our PMCM group supporting various projects in the Los Angeles area.
  • This position will involve working on rail, transit, and other construction management projects throughout the region.
  • This posting is intended to gather expressions of interest from the Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) position for anticipated opportunities expected to arise over the next 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to support successful delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs required.
  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications with PMI or AACEI are also preferable.
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,200-$142,800 annually for this position and local market.
