About the role
- The Development Associate Program is a hands-on training experience within YAL's Development Department.
- Your primary focus will be scheduling meetings with major donors, conducting prospect research, stewarding contributors through gratitude calls, and directly soliciting donations from assigned lists.
- You will track every interaction with precision and operate with a high level of professionalism, as you regularly communicate with donors who represent a significant financial investment in both organization's respective missions.
