Responsibilities

  • Starting real, genuine conversations with homeowners to build rapport rather than just reading a script.
  • Scheduling solid appointments for our Design Consultants to close the deal.
  • The Drive: You are coachable, competitive, and love competing against yourself to smash goals.

Requirements

  • You have weekend availability (at least 3 weekend shifts per month) and are required to provide weekday support.
  • You have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable setting up/breaking down event displays.
