About the role

  • He/she will liaise with program staff, management, and corporate staff while juggling competing priorities and modeling and enabling positive company values and culture and ensuring that HR practices are applied fairly and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR advisor, coach, and partner to geographically dispersed staff Provides generalist support to a staff of several hundred staff, covering a full range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.

Requirements

  • Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.
  • Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
