- The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual in Spanish and English prefered
- Experience with low income housing, specifically HUD Section 8 and/or LIHTC
- Tax Credit Experience
- Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of HUD and LIHTC program regulations, up to and including HOTMA
- Current Compliance certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
