- Manage complex calendars and meeting logistics, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and minimal scheduling conflicts.
- Takes ownership, follows through consistently, and delivers with excellence.
- The Administrative Assistant will also partner cross-functionally and assist other executives and team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to represent the executive office with professionalism and composure.
- proven ability to draft high-quality correspondence and business communications.
- Proven track record of follow-through and accountability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience supporting leaders, strong executive presence, and exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
