Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in immigration removal defense, immigration court appearances, and/or USCIS interview representation.
- Ability to work independently and handle appearances professionally and efficiently.
- In-person appearance required, in office presence options.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to any bar.
- Strong oral advocacy, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EOIR procedures and immigration court practice preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience appearing before the Immigration Court, strong oral advocacy skills, and the ability to effectively represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS proceedings. This position is largely remote, with in-person appearances required in the greater Los Angeles area as needed, as well as occasional travel to other cities for appearances.
