About the role
- This is not a pure management role, it is a take the bull by the horns, hands-on builder.
- You'll be the architect, the builder, and the force multiplier-designing scalable systems while staying close to the code and shipping quickly using modern development tools, including AI/agentic workflows.

- Experience with Docker, distributed systems, and backend services (Redis, nginx, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, CircleCI, CodeDeploy)
