About the role
- First 3 to 4 months- Schedule - Training- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- After training - Day Shift 12-hour shift 7:00am-7:00pm 2x2x3 Crew Schedule
- Individual is responsible for managing and directing the day to day operations of the Production Department.
Responsibilities
- Implements and establishes work procedures, processes and standards that support company and departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensures safety and housekeeping is maintained and validates that associated inspections are performed.
- Maintains production, spoilage, and maintenance records for responsible
- Supports development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the food safety program.
- Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Requirements
- Trains and directs operators as required on machine set-up and operation procedures.
- Associate's degree (A.
- Ability to understand conversational speaking
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - per safety guidelines
- Ability to work in an environment that can become very hot (temperature) depending on the weather.
Skills
- Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Compensation
- $11k-$25k
