About the role

Responsibilities
- Support pricing out potential donations and placing donation orders
- Support key NGO partnerships such as with Special Olympics, Team Smile, ADA Foundation, etc.
- Manage grantee database with up-to-date records of all product and financial donations.
- Support storytelling efforts with grantees by organizing assets and getting appropriate paperwork
- Help coordinate logistics and communication across departments and with external nonprofit partners.
- Help support managing volunteers for HSC-sponsored events
- Coordinates correspondence with key partners to monitor progress and ensure project timelines are maintained
- Support the preparation of dashboards, KPI reports, and PowerPoint summaries for internal stakeholders
- Maintains projects tasks such as organizing reports, agreements and other files and provides detailed updates to key stakeholders
- Manage drafting, sending, and RSVPs of invitations for key in-person events
Requirements
- No special physical demands required.
- Good technology skills required, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook), database tools like Salesforce or Blackbaud, and various AI tools
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Speed writing is a must and financial/budgeting skills helpful.
- Must have good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and be comfortable with a flexible environment
- General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Basic analysis and problem-solving skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Compensation
- The posted range for this position is $56,351 to $77,483 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
- Supports corporate foundation annual board meeting preparation
