- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and increase hospice referrals.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute territory growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a targeted portfolio of key accounts with ongoing relationship development strategies.
- Schedule and facilitate regular referral partner meetings and account reviews.
- Prospect and develop new referral relationships within the territory.
- Customer Service & Partner Engagement Provide timely, professional responses to referral partner inquiries and requests.
- Maintain proactive communication with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and facility leadership.
- Marketing & Strategic Initiatives Support organizational marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and referral outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and competitive trends.
- CRM & Performance Management Maintain accurate documentation of all visits, meetings, activities, and outcomes within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales activity tracking.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Compensation
- $75k-$80k
