Responsibilities
- Own AI Strategy for Your Domain
- Lead AI System Development
- Design and build production-grade AI systems
- Drive architecture decisions
- Drive Adoption & Business Impact
- Review designs and mentor engineers
- Build AI expertise within your organization

Requirements
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems
Skills
- Languages: Python and SQL
- AI Stack: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral and Open-source models
- Agentic & Retrieval: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP and Vector Databases
- Infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Docker and Kubernetes
- OTE reflects total target compensation, reflective of base salary and variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus).

Compensation
- Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role.
- $187,500 - $237,500 USD
