- What You Will Work On As Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, you will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions for a publicly traded company.
Responsibilities
- Experience advising senior executives, Boards of Directors, and cross-functional business partners
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law, securities law, capital markets, public company governance, or a related practice area
- Regular in-office attendance required

- You'll partner with teams across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Compensation, and Information Technology to identify risks, solve business challenges, and support key initiatives.
