Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Staff Designers, Staff Planners, and Student Interns through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Support workload planning, resource allocation, and team utilization in coordination with leadership.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing future team members.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams from project initiation through construction administration.
  • Lead project and client meetings while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Guide project research, programming, conceptual design, and material and site furnishing selections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture from an accredited BLA or MLA program.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a private-sector landscape architecture or planning firm.
  • Ability to balance client service, project delivery, and staff development.

Nice to have

  • CLARB Certification preferred.
