Responsibilities
- Partner with Financial Advisor to prepare for client meetings, preparing documents and capturing information needed for follow-up actions
- Manage retail referrals by connecting with prospects, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed tracking of referral status
- Run, analyze, summarize, and act on proactive reports to support advisor decision-making
- Support both internal and external client communications, including handling phone calls
- Organize and lead large initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Advisor-Assistant partnership
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 license required
