About the role

Under this role the Journeyperson Electrician reads and interprets drawings, blueprints and electrical code specifications.
The Journeyperson Electrician is also responsible for planning layout and illustration of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on specifications.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the role of Journeyperson Electrician is to perform maintenance, upgrading and installation of equipment in 13.8kV to 500 kV substations.
Additional Information This position supports projects throughout British Columbia and will require travel within the province.

Individual compensation within the range is determined based on job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Out-of-town work includes either all-inclusive camp accommodations or LOA and individual accommodations (project dependent) A reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this role is $47.43 - $55.53 CAD at the time of this posting.
