Collaborate with software developers, product partners, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-focused features and improvements.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities while taking ownership of assigned work and communicating progress.
Experience developing software that works with APIs, services, integrations, databases, or other data-backed workflows.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
Typically requires minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant software development experience.
Experience with object-oriented programming with C++ or Python.
Experience with C#.
Familiarity with common software development tools and workflows, including source control, scripting, issue tracking, documentation, and code review.
Experience presenting detailed technical documentation to provide practical, iterative solutions.
Experience with robotics, fleet management, industrial automation, or related operational software.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $100,000 - $150,000 CAD Annually.
