About the role

  • This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones within the US only.
  • 1-2 years working with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
  • English language professional writing, and agile teamsmanship driving on-target delivery. - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI hands-on for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MS Teams integrated bots to facilitate "one-click" incident creation and real-time stakeholder communication.
  • Drive the use of AI bots to automate incident scribing and initial timeline generation.
  • Own the weekly uptime report.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Bachelor's degree, software and operations agile certifications.
  • Proficiency with Jira, on-call rotation management tools such as OpsGenie, Jira Service Management, or PagerDuty; MS Teams integrations, agile leadership with technical teams, kanban preferred.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $100,000-110,000/yr, not including variable compensation.
