- Description: As a Program/Project/Management Analyst, you will coordinate with other members of the PMA customer supporting a Navy program at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax).
Responsibilities
- Support planning activities to include presenting alternative funding or acquisition strategies and cost estimates for program requirements.
- Collect and perform analysis on Earned Value Management (EVM) data and program documentation received from suppliers.
- Provide recommendations and alternatives in support of program execution, spend plan development, out-year planning, and the creation of POM issue sheets as related to the Planning, Program, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) process.
- Extensive experience in program and project status tracking, including the ability to effectively manage schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Proficient utilization of software tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Power Point etc.), demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate, organize, and analyze data to support program objectives and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Coordinate, attend and participate in IPT and prime contractor meetings, program review meetings, requirements reviews, design reviews, and other meetings as required.
- Active SECRET clearance required.
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience working as a program, project or management analyst supporting the DoD.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.
Nice to have
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree plus two (2) additional years of work experience may be substituted.
Compensation
- $85k-$100k
