Use AI to explore ideas, catch edge cases, and prototype quickly, while you drive the quality and direction.

Requirements

3+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex consumer products.
Regular use of AI in your design process.
Interest in global markets and cross-border financial products.
Experience working with legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners in a regulated environment.
Strong systems thinking, balancing consistency with Robinhood's core product against local market needs.
A bias for action: able to find the next step and move forward through ambiguity.

Compensation

$140,000 - $165,000 USD
$123,000 - $145,000 USD
$110,000 - $129,000 USD
