Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily.
- Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Manage and oversee offshore operational support teams, ensuring adherence to process controls and SLAs.
- Monitor and maintain position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across portfolios.
- Partner with internal functional teams to provide operational support around complexity and product onboarding.
- KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related function within asset management, fund administration, or investment banking.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and adaptability in managing evolving business needs.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and a desire to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Nice to have
- Prior experience with Private Credit, Middle Market Loans, or Structured Products is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- experience with VBA, Visio, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $100,000 USD
